Ilkin has been dealing with law practice from 2015. He specialises in providing legal support in litigation and arbitration. He has experience and dozens of cases won in courts of general jurisdiction, including civil, pension cases, family, labour disputes, cases arising from contractual and other legal relations and from unjust enrichment. He has successfully defended the interests of clients in cases arising from public relations, has represented clients at the stage of enforcement proceedings, proceedings on cases of administrative offenses.​

In 2016 graduated from the Russian State University of Justice under the Supreme Court of Russian Federation, qualified lawyer with a degree in Law and Organization of Social Security.​

From 2018 Ilkin is studying at the Law Faculty of the Russian State University of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation under the program “higher education based on secondary vocational education” in the field of study “Jurisprudence”.​
