Konstantin has been working in the bar from the very beginning. In 2004 Konstantin began his legal career as a lawyer at a large Moscow insurance company, in which he headed the legal department and successfully supervised it for 5 years. In 2009 he was invited to the group for creating an insurance company and an insurance broker specializing exclusively in insurance of large risks, including space and sea insurance at the international level.​

From 2014 Konstantin has represented clients both in the state courts and in arbitration centres. Konstantin is a lawyer practicing in state commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as in the field of international arbitration, particularly under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.​

He has handled more than 1000 cases on a wide range of commercial, contractual, financial, corporate, tax and administrative legal relations at the courts. Konstantin specializes in insolvency (bankruptcy) cases, both on the side of the debtor, beneficial owners and creditors.​
