Biography

Maxim Pervunin has been providing legal and consulting services to business since 2004. He founded the international consulting company TFH Russia in 2008. For 5 years he was its executive partner. Over the years, he gained extensive experience in providing services to large companies, banks, investment companies, owners of small and medium – sized businesses. Maxim is constantly expanding his level of competence. He received the status of a barrister in 2017. Actively protects the interests of clients in Russian and international courts.

He took an active participation in the construction of more than 200 international holding structures;
Developed and supported the implementation of the latest concept of international tax planning, which allows control and reduce tax risks for a transnational holding company;
Helped ensure corporate confidentiality of a group of companies with state participation to reduce the risk of corporate and financial sanctions;
Carried out the search and blocking of assets outside the Russian Federation (300 million USD), taken by an unscrupulous debtor abroad;
Accompanied many international arbitration and criminal proceedings (Great Britain, Germany, Cyprus, the Netherlands, France, the USA, etc.);
Registered more than a dozen international venture investment funds;
Created a concept and introduced the legal mechanic of an international decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).

2001 Received a degree in software engineering at the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
2004 Graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia with a degree in Law, received a master's degree in law (legal specialist).
2006 Received a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Synergy.
2010 Graduated from the Swiss Financial Institute of Geneva and received a master's degree in financial engineering.
