Biography

From 2007 Elena has been practicing law. Elena specializes in dispute resolution. She is a lawyer practicing in state commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Intellectual Property Rights Court of the Russian Federation, as well as in the field of international arbitration, particularly under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

Competences

Practice related to business management issues (protecting the corporate rights of members of companies and rights to the company's assets – land, real estate, securities), as well as related disputes concerning the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation.
Practice related to land and real estate management issues that do not connected with protection of corporate rights – in cases related to the implementation of investment projects, including procedures for changing the land category, type of permitted use of a land plot, obtaining a planning permission, authorisation to put a constructed object into operation, appealing on the acts of government bodies and local authorities.
Representing clients in disputes over the rights to land plots and buildings arising between business entities (investors, developers) and state bodies or local authorities.
Representing clients including the lenders before the Russian courts in bankruptcy and action proceedings; representing beneficial owners in cases dealing with the imposition of secondary liability.
Competition law practice, advising on application of antitrust legislation, representing the interests of clients in the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, appealing in courts on the acts and injunctions of antimonopoly services.
Practice in the field of international commercial arbitration.

From 2005 to 2009: full-time postgraduate student, Russian State University of Trade and Economics, specialty 12.00.03 “civil law, business law, family law, international private law”.
In 2005 graduated from Slavonic University of the Republic of Moldova with a degree in jurisprudence, specializing in economic law.
