Biography

Founder of Law Firm. From 2002 to 2008 Olga worked at the court system (at the courts of various instances) and also at the Public Prosecutor’s Offices of the Russian Federation in leadership positions, dealt with the defense of the state bodies’ and companies’ interests in the state commercial courts of all levels.

From 2008 Olga has represented clients both in the state courts and in arbitration centres. Olga is a lawyer practicing in state commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Intellectual Property Rights Court of the Russian Federation, as well as in the field of international arbitration, particularly under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, UNCITRAL, ICC.

She has handled 957 cases on a wide range of commercial, contractual, financial, corporate, tax and administrative legal relations at the courts, mainly in the Moscow area, as well as at the courts of general jurisdiction in various Russian regions. Olga has successfully represented companies in administrative cases in the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Central Bank and other state bodies.

Olga has repeatedly achieved protection of the rights of clients in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Commercial Court of the Russian Federation, the Intellectual Property Rights Court of the Russian Federation.

Defending the companies’ interests before state commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction of all levels for all types of cases, including enforcement proceedings;
Representing the clients in international commercial arbitration institutions, recognising and enforcing both foreign courts’ decisions and awards in Russia and Russian courts’ decisions and awards in foreign countries;
Alternative dispute resolution, mediation;
Legal support for commercial activity of our clients, legal support of transactions, business restructuring, M&A transactions, corporate law issues, joint venture matters and investment projects;
Issuing legal opinions on the Russian law before foreign companies, acting as an expert in the legal proceedings in foreign courts.

Experience

Development of concept of legal protection of beneficial owners, founders, general directors and other persons in bankruptcy proceedings (especially, dealing with imposition of secondary liability or reimbursement of damages);
Acting for minority shareholders in the proceedings of reimbursement of damages, defending their interests during corporate conflicts;
Advising a large international engineering company on the creation of a joint venture with the participation of Russian partner;
Representing the shareholders in the case of infringement of their preemptive rights, representing the issuer in the case of reimbursement of damages from former General Directors;
Representing the Russian and foreign companies before the Russian commercial courts in bankruptcy proceedings (including deals concerning invalidation of transaction);
Protecting the honor, dignity and business reputation of high-level officials, attorneys at law, companies in Russian state courts of various jurisdictions, etc.

In 2004: advanced training at Diplomatic academy of Russian Foreign Ministry, “International Relations”.
In 2007: advanced training at Institute for advanced training of managerial staff of the Russian Federation Prosecutor General’s Office, “Ensuring participation in arbitration proceedings”.
In 2008 successfully passed the qualification examination for the position of judge of state commercial court.
From 2017 is a mediator, Panel of Mediators of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
