Biography

Joined Best Advice in 2020 to strengthen the commercial development of the firm, especially with international clients operating on the Russian market. He lives in Russia since 2001.

Olivier is specialised in taxation and business law and has a long experience as adviser to commercial companies in France and in Russia.

Experience

French legal adviser (1991) and french Attorney at Law (1992). Initially working in a law firm and legal department of a major industrial company (Cogema group), Olivier specialized himself in tax assistance to individuals and international companies.
After six years in a French tax firm he became a tax consultant in Arthur Andersen, and tax manager in Ernst & Young (France and Russia).
Olivier has also been seconded during one year mission to the tax direction of France Telecom as one of the international tax managers of the group (2000).
He has been in charge of the commercial development and the relations with the providers (Tomotherapy & Cyberknife systems) of innovative medical high technologies in Russia.

DESS (post graduate degree) in corporate tax and business law (Bordeaux I University 1986)
