Biography

Member of the Bar since 2019. Valery has been practicing law for 15 years, specializing in all fields of law related to housing and utilities. Valery is a member of Moscow Region Bar Association. He provides with qualified legal assistance according to the Federal Law “On Advocate’s Activity and the Bar in the Russian Federation”, supports natural persons and legal entities protecting their rights, freedoms and interests as well as providing access to justice.

Competences

Legal due diligence of contracts, the preparation of service documents - reviews, objections, clarifications on judicial disputes, appeals, cassation appeals against decisions, rulings on labour matters, also related to the financial and economic activities of a legal entity.
Preparation of written answers - to law enforcement and administrative bodies, state authorities and local governments, other state bodies, individuals and legal entities on issues related to the activities of a legal entity.
Organisation and control of the work on the considering of decisions, rulings of judicial authorities in disputes with the participation of a legal entity. Providing consulting, methodological and practical assistance to the management of a legal entity.
Exercising control over employees whose functions include representing the interests of a legal entity in courts of general jurisdiction and state commercial courts.
Ensuring compliance with the law in the activities of a legal entity and protection of its legal interests in the exercise of its professional activities and performance of official duties.

Experience

From 2003 to 2011: worked at the Public Prosecutor’s Offices of the Russian Federation.
From 2011 to 2016: worked at the business organisations in leadership positions.

In 2003 graduated from Moscow Academy of Economics and Law (MAEL).
